I’m Helen and I’m a holistic mindset and life coach based in Munich, Germany, although I work with clients all over the world. 

I am certified with a Diploma in Professional Coaching and Mentoring by Kingstown College Dún Laoghaire, Ireland, according to the highest standards of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

A wildly good combination of curiosity and courage has led me to live a life full of experiences and opportunities.

With a desire to understand and connect different cultures l studied politics and communications to explore the fascinating world of diplomacy and foreign service. This lead me to get a one way ticket and move to Manila, Philippines, at the sweet age of 25. Followed by the dream to work in Spanish, I studied business and consulted Tech Startups in Spain. From there I continued to catch more flights than I can count and globally marketed aircraft to airlines. I then relocated to Ireland to deep dive into world of aircraft leasing. After close to 5 years in aviation, I jumped into the fast paced world of Tech Sales at LinkedIn.

Now, after being 'on the road' for most of my adult life, I decided to put down some roots. Surrounded by beautiful mountains and powered by Bavarian pretzels, I now get to call Munich my home.

My journey into coaching began during my own transformations. After spending thirteen years in corporate, I found myself burnt out and searching for deeper meaning. Through my own coaching experience, I discovered the power of intentional living and the wisdom from within. I have pivoted, evolved and transformed myself more times than I can count. I credit this to my ability to stay agile and adapt while being strongly rooted in my values at the core.

My purpose is to help other people find their way and inner strengths too. Today, I bring my professional background, my ICF training, and lived experience to help others navigate their own transitions. I believe that everyone possesses the wisdom they need within—my role is to help you access it.

15 years working in corporate in Sales, Marketing, and Business Administration and Finance across Public Sector, Aviation, and Tech make me truly industry agnostic.

I am trained and certified in English. However, all my sessions can be held in either English or German.

13 years living abroad within different cultures in Spain, Philippines, and Ireland made me a true global citizen and taught me what it means to constantly absorb, adapt and stay agile.

My academic background in social science [BA Political Science and Communication Science] and business studies [Master of International Business] help me to analyze quickly, leverage appropriate frameworks and apply to real scenarios.
